| Semiautomatic vertical gear grinding machines (Model 5M841, 5843E, MSH441E)
The semiautomatic machines are designed for grinding involute profile of heat-treated spur and spiral gears of external transmission with modification of tooth height and length.
The semiautomatic machines have original kinematics providing high manufacturing capacity by means of simultaneous grinding of both profiles of neighbour teeth. The kinematics makes indexing through the calculated optimum tooth number, which increases the accuracy of adjacent pitches and reduces accumulated pitch error throughout the gear wheel.
The fact that all mechanisms of the generating process operate in one direction only increases the operative reliability of the machines and prolongs the maintenance time of original accuracy. The semiautomatic machine tools are equipped by a cycle programming system.
